About Angelus Oaks and the Santa Ana River Headwaters
Remote and peaceful, this homestead started as a cattle ranch during the Big Bear gold rush. Now surrounded by a few neighbors and the San Bernardino National Forest, Seven Oaks is accessible via scenic Highway 38 from Redlands. The San Bernardino Mountains are a high and rugged mountain range in Southern California. San Gorgonio Mountain – the tallest peak in all of Southern California.. But at this 4,500' elevation there are no high altitude headaches here.
Enjoy the pleasure of hiking the Santa Ana River near Big Bear Lake, California. Here you feel so far separated from the hustle of the city down below. Relaxing but no need to ruff it.
